As we grind we also vibe, we indulge in the grind of our ride and feed-off each other’s energy.

 

Based in South Florida, we are currently offering rhythm ride spin classes at W Hotel Fort Lauderdale. Our classes are held on the hotel’s fourth floor balcony overlooking the beach, with beautiful ocean views and sunrise rides that provide the ultimate wellness experience.
